In those weekly sessions I've found time to focus on some really important events and feelings, which, although aware of, I hadn't been able to give the time and space to process fully. I felt them and carried them with me, without being able to put them down.
Reflecting on them more has helped me to move toward living in a less distressed state. The challenges remain, but my response to them is altered.
I have no doubt that without Constanze's support, I would be in a very different place. I have found her to be always empathic, non-judgemental and professional and to be able to listen in a way that conveys she has heard.
